India: Label supplier Avery Dennison responds to sexual harassment allegations

The International Union League for Brand Responsibility and the New Trade Union Initiative wrote a letter (included below) to brands who source from Avery Dennison, a major label supplier, alleging sexual harassment of an Avery Dennison employee by a supervisor at its production facility in Bangalore, and a failure by Avery Dennison to address the issue. The allegations follow accusations by the International Union League for Brand Responsibility that Avery Dennison has been undermining freedom of association and trade union rights.

In February 2019 we invited Avery Dennison to respond. Their response is provided below in which they deny the allegations.
