Marking International Human Rights Day on the 10th of December 2017 IHRB has published its ninth annual list of the Top 10 Business & Human Rights Issues for the coming year.

[The top 10 issues are Mitigating Risks to Worker Safety, Remedying the Broken System of Recruitment Fees, Eradicating Discrimination Against Women and LGBTI+ People, Addressing Injustices in Interactions with Communities, Making Big Data Freer and Safer, Strengthening Dispute Settlement Mechanisms Between Companies and Rights-Holders, Creating New Mechanisms to Resolve Business and Human Rights Disputes, Enabling Civil Litigation for Grave Abuses, Removing Barriers to Prosecuting Companies in Domestic Jurisdictions, Developing Greater Accountability and Access to Remedy Through a New International Instrument]
