[Intl. Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers - Consultation on Draft Charter for the Oversight Mechanism, deadline extended to 30 Mar]

The Draft Charter for the Oversight Mechanism of the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers (ICoC) is now being presented to stakeholder for review and comment. Also available is an Explanatory Note prepared by the Temporary Steering Committee (TSC) that sets out an overview of what the Draft Charter aims to cover. The consultation is open for 60 days until 16 March 2012, comments may be submitted online.
