Investigator wins UN sex abuse case

A human rights investigator, who insisted she was sacked for exposing the sexual abuse of women in Bosnia by her United Nations colleagues, had her claim of unfair dismissal upheld yesterday...She took her case against her employer, DynCorp, an American recruitment agency, to an industrial tribunal in Southampton, Hants [UK], because the company was governed by UK employment law.
