ISS response

ISS does not have proactive sales efforts directed towards business opportunities on the West Bank, in Gaza or the Golan Heights. ISS is only accepting to deliver services to these areas if they are part of bigger national or international contracts. Today, ISS has no business at all in Gaza and only very limited business on the West Bank and Golan. ISS has 13 employees working on the West Bank and five employees in The Golan Heights. Our few customers on the West Bank have generally been served by ISS for many years – some of them for more than 10 years. It is ISS' initial assessment that none of the companies, which ISS is working for on the West Bank or in the Golan Heights manufacture their products or provide their services in manners which results in increased risk of negative impact on human rights.
