ITUC: Global COVID-19 surveys track impact of pandemic on workers around the world

The International Trade Union Congress (ITUC) has conducted regular global surveys to assess the evolving impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on workers around the world. The surveys ask questions aimed at monitoring government responses, reviewing economic and social policies in response to the pandemic, and assessing how governments and employers are responding to the crisis.

Each survey was completed by over a hundred trade unions from countries around the world, including G20 countries, OECD and non-OECD countries. The ITUC has synthesised the findings of these surveys to track the global response to the pandemic and to identify trends in support of national and international advocacy and campaigning.
