Japan: Ricoh to stop transfer to the "kicking out room"

リコーが、2011年に希望退職に応じなかった従業員に命じた出向や配置転換を取り消す方針を固めたことが19日、分かった。対象は40~50代の約100人で、それぞれの希望を聞いて8月以降に元の職場などに異動させる。従業員を能力や経験と見合わない職場に無理やり異動させ退職を促す「追い出し部屋」問題への批判が高まっており、撤回に追い込まれた形だ。
