Japan: Uniqlo to provide aid, employment for refugees

In a joint press conference with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Fast Retailing, the parent company of the apparel brand Uniqlo, announced it would be providing USD 10 million in aid to refugee assistance programmes worldwide. The company also stated that it would increase employment of refugees in its stores, from the current 13 to about 100.
