The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre is at a critical point in its development. Our digital platform is home to a wealth of information on business and human rights, but hasn’t had a visual refresh for a number of years.

We will soon be updating the site to improve its usability and better serve the thousands of people that use our site to support their work.

Client Relationship Executive

(12 month fixed term)              

£26,315 pa

36 Hours per week

EIRIS is a leading provider of corporate social, environmental and governance research for investors and financial institutions. In the last few years we have expanded the coverage available in our EIRIS Global Platform (EGP) software product to more than 3,000 companies across the world. Our client base has also become increasingly global.

We are looking for someone to support our client relationship function. This role focuses on supporting existing clients, the smooth delivery of services and the activities of account managers. You will assist with the set up of new clients, generate various reports and handle client queries, passing on technical queries, sometimes of a complex nature. You will work closely with other staff members across the organisation in your role to support clients and the delivery of services. You will be based at our London office and work as a member of our client team.

You will have 2 years or more experience in a client facing support role and experience in client service administration, as well as an interest in using IT for business purposes.

You will be well organised with excellent administrative and communication skills.  As this role involves direct contact with clients and prospects, you will be sensitive to client needs and confident enough to generate new sales leads. You will have good IT skills and be a competent user of databases and spreadsheets (MS Office applications).  Familiarity with MS Dynamics CRM will be an advantage.

You will be interested in issues relating to corporate social responsibility and have the ability to understand and explain complex issues.  EIRIS is a dynamic business and therefore flexibility is an essential requirement for this role.

You will have a degree (minimum 2:2 or equivalent) and GCSE grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent). You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and have fluent written and spoken communication skills in English.
