Corporate Responsibility Manager at AMD
Disclosures: Manage AMD’s corporate responsibility disclosures including: web, print, email, intranet, and surveys for social investment firms and customers. Ensure all disclosures are accurate, timely and legally approved prior to disclosure.
Supply Chain: In coordination with purchasing, perform risk assessment, oversee auditing, request and review performance criteria and oversee corrective actions for AMD supplier’s conformance to our Code of Conduct.
Communications: Working in concert with PR, employee communications and integrated marketing and communications, draft and edit CR communications, and source images and graphics for CR communications both on-line and print. Represent AMD at selected CR meetings and events.
Management Systems: Build and operate robust project management systems including: Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard Coordinate responses to customer surveys and data requests. Facilitate and manage the Corporate Responsibility Council
Manage legal reviews
- Event and award calendars
- Budget, resource planning, consultant management and association memberships
- Manage stakeholder engagement including distribution lists and responses to feedback
- Manage internal and external events including: CR Council meetings; CR Communications meetings and AMD sponsored external CR events
- Employee engagement
Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate will have experience working in corporate responsibility in the electronics industry. Background and understanding of corporate environmental and social governance issues is required.
Demonstrated skill in project management and written and verbal communications are required. Marcomm skills – specifically web publishing and social media – are desired. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, tolerate ambiguity and think creatively is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate results-oriented discipline, flexibility and innovation. The candidate should have demonstrated ability to proactively forge amicable and mutually beneficial relationships with other internal functions.
- Bachelors degree and at least 10 years of work experience in a related field
