Membership Services Manager at Ethical Trading Initiative
The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) a leading alliance of companies, trade unions and NGOs that promotes respect for workers’ rights worldwide. Our members include well-known high street retailers, luxury fashion brands, supermarkets, suppliers and international development NGOs.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and committed Membership Services Manager to join our small but dedicated team, supporting existing ETI members and helping new members find their way to trading ethically.
We are seeking someone with account management experience in a corporate environment who:
- is able to implement external standards within a supply chain
- is able to develop and understand business plans
- has strong research and report analysis skills
- has a strong customer service ethic
As a primary point of contact for members, this role is crucial to fostering and maintaining strong relationships, supporting them in their ethical trade work and providing constructive advice and feedback on strategies and reports. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible and able to work under their own initiative.
Contract: Full time, 9-12 months maternity cover
