Job Title: Rights & Justice - Programme Manager
Location: York & Remote - Due to COVID-19 the roles are all currently remote but there will be some requirement to make yourself present in York for teamwork and important internal meetings when it is safe to do so again.
Salary: £57,899 - £65,924

About the Role
As Programme Manager, you will have a personal commitment to the mission and values of the Trust. You will have demonstrable commitment to and knowledge of the issues relevant to JRCT’s rights and justice programme.
As a successful candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, especially when handling sensitive and complex information. You will be able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a small team - including working with volunteer trustees. You will also enjoy building relationships with a wide range of people and organisations.
