The Oxford University Centre for Corporate Reputation at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford is seeking an outstanding and enthusiastic researcher to work in the area of trust and reputation. For further information about the centre see:

The centre conducts research on corporate and institutional reputation and undertakes leading-edge academic research, engages with business and policy makers, and has established teaching programmes for graduate programmes (including the MBA), and executive education. The centre has a number of research fellows and associates working across its research agenda, typically alongside senior faculty of the Saïd Business School.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage own academic research and administrative activities, this involves small scale project management, to co-ordinate multiple aspects of work to meet deadlines. You will also be expected to code and analyse qualitative data, preferably using Qualitative Data Analysis software such as NVivo or similar, and to interpret quantitative data from a variety of sources and contribute ideas for new research projects.

The successful candidate will hold or be working towards a PhD/DPhil relevant to the centre's work and will possess sufficient specialist knowledge in the discipline to work within established research programmes. The postholder will also have the ability to manage own academic research and associated activities and have completed research projects on the subjects of trust, ethic and/or social capital. You may be required to teach occasionally, which will be no more than a maximum of 6 hours per week.

Contract: This post is fixed-term for 2 years.
