Social Research Lead at World Benchmarking Alliance

See all tags

WBA is building a movement to measure and incentivise business impact towards a sustainable future that works for everyone. The private sector has a crucial role to play in advancing the SDGs, but to boost companies’ motivation, there needs to be real change in the way that their impact is measured. That’s why we are assessing 2,000 companies on a Social Transformation as part of our plans to produce publicly available and free rankings of corporate performance on the SDGs. Our benchmarks are used by investors, civil society, governments and companies to accelerate a race to the top. The SDGs place people at the heart and promote an agenda that envisions a world where no one is left behind.

To achieve the Goals by 2030, human rights must be respected, inequalities need to be tackled head on and the current societal structures that constrain people from living a self-determined life must be transformed. We are now recruiting an experienced hire to lead the research across our Social Transformation. In this role you will work across a number of different teams, covering multiple topics – including human rights, decent work and ethical business conduct - and provide guidance and support to research analysts. You should thrive in a fast-paced and purpose-driven work environment that provides high levels of autonomy.
