Stakeholder Engagement Manager - Supply Trace
In this varied role, the Stakeholder Engagement Manager will provide essential support and coordination on all aspects of growing the reach and influence of Supply Trace. Together with the existing team, they will be responsible for driving uptake of the tool at an exciting phase in the development of Supply Trace, as well as helping to establish the product in the wider open data and supply chain data communities. Joining a small but growing team, this role presents the opportunity for an ambitious individual to shape and evolve the role beyond its initial scope.
The Stakeholder Engagement Manager will manage relationships with existing and new Supply Trace stakeholders and partners, as well as working closely with Northeastern University Supply Chain Analysts (students) to ensure the accuracy of supply chain relationships in the tool as more data is brought into the system.
They will run Supply Trace’s social media presence and be involved in other areas of communications activity, including the development of case studies of the tool in action, identifying and securing speaking slots at industry events and press outreach and liaison.
Finally, the Stakeholder Engagement Manager will provide support on reporting to Supply Trace funders, preparing presentations, and preparation and follow-up to Supply Trace’s quarterly Board meetings.
