Justice Department Says Cracker Barrel Discriminated Against Blacks: Consent Order Has Stringent Requirements [USA]

The Department of Justice today announced the filing and settlement of a lawsuit alleging racial discrimination against African-American customers by the Cracker Barrel restaurant chain [part of CBRL]. In the agreement, Cracker Barrel "commits to implementing far reaching changes to policies and practices [including training and auditing], to prevent discrimination."
