Fairmont Hotels and Resorts has withdrawn a recent memorandum sacking all employees. The hotel had attributed its action to the spiral effect of the Covid-19 pandemic. This withdrawal follows a consultative meeting held with the Workers Committee Management and the Kenya Union of Domestic, Hotels, Educational Institutions, Hospital and Allied Workers (KUDHEIHA).
