'Checked Out' report: Additional company disclosure

On receiving a copy of our finalised report - Checked Out: Migrant worker abuse in Qatar's World Cup luxury hotels - some companies shared with us additional information regarding the steps they are taking to safeguard migrant workers in their Qatar hotels. Documents from Whitbread and Kempinski can be read below. A non-responding company, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, subsequently sent us a response to the survey on 30 September 2021 and this can be read below.

The Sustainable Hospitality Alliance also disclosed information. FIFA has provided a statement in response to the report which can be read in full below.
