Albania: Oil workers lead hunger strike after a year of unpaid wages

Workers at the Ballsh refinery in Albania have been on strike over unpaid wages, and some employees have allegedly not been paid for more than a year. Workers at the Ballsh refinery and Fier refinery are also owed 5.7 million euros in unpaid wages from 2015-2016. The refineries are operated by ARMO (Albanian Refining & Marketing of Oil).
