Earlier yesterday, at 13:23, the National Crisis Management Center was alerted that an explosion had occurred in the "Surmalu" trade center. According to preliminary data, there was an explosion and a fire. As a result, there are 6 victims, and the number of injured exceeds 6 dozen.

In connection with the incident of a strong explosion, criminal proceedings were initiated under Part 2 of Article 357 of the RA Code of Criminal Procedure (violation of fire safety rules or requirements, which negligently caused the death of a person or other serious consequences) and Part 2 of Article 358 (Violating the rules or requirements for the storage, accounting, transportation, delivery or use of combustible or flammable materials, which negligently caused a person's death or other serious consequences).
