Michael Goldhaber, who has never been to Ecuador’s Amazon to see Chevron’s toxic legacy nor read the full 200,000-page trial record in the Lago Agrio litigation against the company, nevertheless feels qualified to opine on the scientific evidence before the court. As he has done in the past, Goldhaber omits critical facts which lead to flawed conclusions.
