"20,000 trees to be cut down near Almaty due to construction of BAKAD", 15 May 2019
...According to preliminary estimates, the construction of the BAKAD will cost 187 billion tenge. For the arrangement of the Big Almaty Ring Road, 724 plots worth 8 billion have already been vacated.
