As the Company has, time and again, failed to refute allegations and to confront its Sudanese legacy, we are now calling upon its shareholders to take responsibility. A vote in favour of the five proposals is an elegant and effective way to restore the Company’s reputation and protect its interests. This memo outlines why a vote for the proposals is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders, and why the management’s reasoning to vote against the resolutions is slapdash and unconvincing.
