Myanmar: Garment workers at Lucky Fortune garment factory report workers' rights violations incl. denial of permanent contracts & forced overtime without pay; incl. co. response

In March 2022, it was reported that workers at Lucky Fortune factory were facing a series of violations in the factory, including workers being denied permanent employment after their probationary period and kept as daily workers, permanent workers who refused overtime being switched to daily labourer status, forced and unpaid overtime, and difficulty obtaining leave.

In June 2022 Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited BESTSELLER and Inditex to respond, and in February 2023, invited LPP S.A. to respond. The full responses are included below.
