Myanmar: Garment workers denied seniority pay; incl. co. response

In October 2024, it was reported that workers at Textile Palace 2 are facing a series of violations, including workers receiving their seniority bonus after three years instead of annually, violating the law, and the factory not signing workers’ employment contracts.

In December 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited LPP (for Sinsay) and TROLLKIDS to respond. Only LPP responded - the response can be found below.
