[PDF] Final Report Regarding the Ocean Sky Apparel Factory in El Salvador

FLA issues summary report of an independent assessment of Ocean Sky Apparel. The...investigation was conducted in response to a report by the Institute for Global Labour & Human Rights (IGLHR). In particular, IGLHR alleged a range of violations of workers' rights at the factory, including harassment or abuse, forced overtime, improper recording of working time, contaminated drinking water, and very low wages. Following the investigation, FLA and sourcing brands worked with Ocean Sky Apparel on a remediation plan.
