Pinocchio Awards

 

NGOs organise Pinocchio Awards to denounce contradiction between multinationals’ speech & actions on their social & environmental impacts; companies respond

Friends of the Earth France, in partnership with CRID et Peuples Solidaires - Action Aid France, organise the Sustainable Development Pinocchio Awards to "denounc[e] some multinational companies...[for] the social or environmental impacts of their activities, in complete contradiction with the sustainable development concept they claim to respect..."  The public awards ceremony will take place on 18 November 2014 in Paris.
