Rejoinder from Nazeli Vardanyan to Lydian Armenia' response

"... 1. The Company wrote, that I spoke in public and it was a "public event". Actually, it was the final meeting of the Working Group, which was founded by the decision of the RA Prime Minister. On this meeting, I presented the final legal report... These questions were raised by me during the meetings of the Working Group; however, no replies were received from the representatives of Company, which were also members of the Working Group. At this meeting, representatives of the mass media did not participate, I did not give an interview to anyone, therefore it cannot be called a "public event"...

2. The Company aims to intimidate me so that I would stop fighting for the rights of the Jermuk and Gndevaz community members. This is confirmed by the fact that the Courts satisfied a claim partially, but the Company did not appeal these decisions...

3. The purpose of this lawsuit is to damage my reputation as a lawyer-representative of the residents of Jermuk and Gndevaz in a number of lawsuits. This is also confirmed by what Company wrote in his reply...

4. The company has been operating in Armenia since 2006... After the revolution, the Government began to defend the democratic rights of citizens, and citizens were able to protest against Company and defend their rights. The government ceased to fully support the Company. Therefore, the Company began to persecute activists, human rights defenders, deputies, all persons who criticize the Company... The company in the letter indicates inaccurate information..."
