Although there is an clarification process at the Ministry of Environment that is currently ongoing, it hasn’t immediate impact on housing development activities in the Summarecon Bogor area, therefore development activities in the Summarecon Bogor area are currently still running as required.

Herewith, we would like to ensure that PT Summarecon Agung, Tbk and affiliated companies in running our businesses always constantly to obey and comply with laws and regulations and permits that have been required by the Central Government and local governments.
