Mexico: Mining company, Excellon Resources, accused of environmental violations in Durango; company responds

The Canadian mining company, Excellon Resources, has been accused of violating the environmental rights and polluting the water of communities near the La Platosa mine, situated in the state of Durango, Mexico.
