Myanmar plans to sue Thai construction company Waramit if it continues to refuse to pay its Myanmar workers. 

“If it fails to obey the law, we will sue through our labour attaché office in Bangkok,” U Aung Myo Thant, legal adviser of the Myanmar embassy in Bangkok....

...35 Myanmar migrant workers at Waramit have not been paid for 15 days. ...Waramit forced the 35 workers to be sent back to Myanmar. 

...The owner denied worker accusations of unpaid wages during a mediation meeting with Thai Labour Protection Department officials.
