Les ONG et les Nations-Unies ont déjà interpellé le groupe, à de nombreuses reprises...La direction de Caterpillar continue à affirmer qu’« elle n’est pas responsable de la manière dont son matériel est utilisé ».

Bulldozer maker sued for role in peace activist's death

The parents of Rachel Corrie, a 23-year-old American student who was run over and killed by a Caterpillar bulldozer in Gaza in 2003, have filed a lawsuit against the bulldozer maker...In a statement, Caterpillar said: "...more than 2 million Caterpillar machines and engines are at work in virtually every region of the world each day. We have neither the legal right nor the means to police individual use of that equipment."

The Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR) and partnering law firms today filed a federal lawsuit against Illinois-based Caterpillar, Inc. on behalf of the parents of Rachel Corrie, the 23-year-old American peace activist and student who was run over and killed by a Caterpillar D9 bulldozer on March 16, 2003.
