The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre is at a critical point in its development. Our digital platform is home to a wealth of information on business and human rights, but hasn’t had a visual refresh for a number of years.

We will soon be updating the site to improve its usability and better serve the thousands of people that use our site to support their work.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that in the appeal from the issuance of a preliminary injunction issued in Chevron Corp. v. Donziger, 768 F. Supp. 2d 581, 660 (S.D.N.Y. 2011), docketed in this Court under 11-1150-cv, the preliminary injunction issued by the district court on March 7, 2011 is VACATED in its entirety upon entry of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motion for a stay of the district court’s proceedings on Count 9 of the Complaint, renewed by counsel at oral argument before this Court on September 16, 2011, is GRANTED. An opinion addressing the appeals in Nos. 11-1150-cv and 11-1264-cv will follow in due course.
