Reporting, Monitoring and Assessing Performance...[:] The Association shall be responsible for exercising oversight of Member companies’ performance under the Code, including through external monitoring, reporting and a process to address alleged violations of the code...Complaints Process...[:]The Association shall maintain a process to support Member companies in discharging their commitments...which require Companies to address claims alleging violations of the Code by establishing fair and accessible grievance procedures that offer effective remedies...The Secretariat shall receive complaints from individuals or their representatives, which must both (i) contain specific allegations of conduct that, if true, would constitute a violation of the Code, and (ii) allege harm to one or more of those individuals.
