Chinese consumers are increasingly likely to punish big-name products over faulty products...initially [when news broke of excessive iodine levels in the company's powdered baby milk] there was no recall notice from Nestlé [who said]..."we comply with national and international standards and regulation at all times...we apologise for causing concern amongst our customers and clients over this issue...
