The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre is at a critical point in its development. Our digital platform is home to a wealth of information on business and human rights, but hasn’t had a visual refresh for a number of years.

[including:] Reporting, Monitoring and Assessing Company Performance The Association shall be responsible for exercising external independent oversight of member companies’ performance under the Code, including through monitoring, reporting and a process to address alleged violations of the code...Third Party Claims Process The Association shall maintain a process to support Companies in discharging their commitments..., which require Companies to address claims brought by company personnel or by third parties alleging violations of the Code by establishing fair and accessible grievance procedures that offer effective remedies.
