This booklet is designed for the increasing number of workers around the world who produce goods — directly or indirectly — for global companies. When these workers experience violations of their labour rights they are sometimes able to resolve problems locally, but this is not always possible. This toolkit has been produced as a guide for workers and their representatives who are experiencing difficulty resolving their complaint locally and are considering taking their campaign to the international level.
