On 18 December 2008, TNT [part of TPG] issued a press release in which it expressed its satisfaction in the outcome of a court case regarding the payment of minimum wage to German postal workers...The case that the press release refers to has been going on throughout 2008, and deals with the payment of minimum wage to postal workers in Germany. TNT has been criticized by German, Dutch and international trade unions for its conduct in this case.
