[PDF] UK firms sign up to sustainable palm oil initiative

Companies and NGOs met in Jakarta in October to move forward with plans to define criteria for sustainable production of palm oil. Cadbury Schweppes, HSBC and Body Shop are among the UK firms to sign up to the round table co-founded by WWF...But Friends of the Earth says it will continue to criticise firms until it sees such initiatives delivering sufficient improvements on the ground.
