Peru: Reports about the Human Rights impact by companies from Chile, China and Spain that operate within the country

The Peru NGO Centro de Políticas Públicas y Derechos Humanos - Equidad (the Centre for Public Politics and Human Rights - Equity) presents four reports about the impact on Human Rights by companies that operate in Peru.

These reports include Chilean, Spanish and Chinese companies that, throughout their operation in different sectors, have been subject to lawsuits over Human Rights violations. Equidad (Equity) and the organizations present in the socio-environmental conflictive zone have been unfolding a new dialogue process with companies, through visits to the countries of origin or in the location of negotiation of trade agreements.
