Postdoc position - ‘Corporate Rule of Law Responsibility'

Utrecht University’s Faculty of Law, Economics and Governance (LEG) has a vacancy for a postdoctoral researcher with a background in law, economics and/or governance on the research project of ‘Corporate Rule of Law Responsibility’. This project focuses on the instruments that will contribute to the respect for fundamental rights and the compliance with rule of law principles by large internationally operating business enterprises, especially in developing host countries. It falls within the ‘Resilient Rule of Law’ program of the broader multidisciplinary research theme ‘Resilient Societies’, made possible by the Research Impulse Fund of the Faculty. The position would involve a temporary 0.8 FTE appointment as a postdoctoral researcher at the Faculty for the duration of 2.5 years, starting on 1 September 2016 or soon after.
