Program Manager, Human Rights Program at 11th Hour Project

The 11th Hour Project, a Palo Alto-based program of The Schmidt Family Foundation (TSFF), is committed to promoting a responsible relationship with our planet’s food, water and energy resources. We are looking for an exceptional person to work in our Human Rights program, which focuses on grant-making at the nexus of the environment and human rights. Our program emphasizes protecting communities’ access to and enjoyment of the natural resources they rely on for their survival, and promotes development that is socially and environmentally sustainable. The Program Manager will be a confident, smart, and highly productive team player; a quick study who thrives in a high-performing organization where standards are high and work is expected to be done quickly, efficiently, and accurately. We are seeking a bright, talented individual with demonstrated interest in international human rights work, preferably at the food sovereignty and human rights nexus.

This position reports to the Program Director for Human Rights.
