Due to the adoption of the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights in 2011, there has been an increased focus on human rights and due diligence in various countries, with a close link to CSR. Therefore, each country chapter also reviews due diligence instruments, in addition to the awareness-raising and capacity building instruments and those geared towards improving disclosure and transparency...
