Natasha Blucher was one of 10 Nauru Immigration Detention Centre workers sacked last year over reports they'd coached asylum seekers to self-harm and make false allegations of abuse...[She says] her case illustrates the system's lack of oversight and accountability [and that]...abuse at the centre remains underreported...A review by former integrity commissioner Phillip Moss, released in March, found no evidence that the Save the Children workers [including Blucher] acted inappropriately.  Transfield Services...[which] runs the Nauru centre, says it has received 67 allegations of child abuse...almost half against staff.
