Seminar on "Transnational Business & Human Rights - A Primer for Commercial Lawyers" [Singapore, 17 Oct]

This seminar aims to provide an introduction to the Guiding Principles and related international standards in the area of business and human rights that are relevant to commercial lawyers. Using case studies and examples taken from practice and that are relevant to Singapore and the region, we will discuss the importance of respecting human rights and the role of lawyers in helping clients to understand and address the risks they may face, particularly in transactional contexts.
