Senior Accountability & Benchmarking Advisor at Ethical Trading Initiative

Do you care what is happening in Corporate Supply Chains?

The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) is a leading alliance of companies, trade unions and NGOs that promotes respect for workers’ rights worldwide. We are currently looking for new staff and our latest opportunity is as a Senior Accountability and Benchmarking Advisor in our Membership Services Unit.

We are looking for someone with private sector experience in CSR, benchmarking and reporting, an expert knowledge of international labour standards and a strong understanding of supply chain issues. If that’s you, come and help us develop and drive forward our new corporate accountability and reporting system.

A diplomatic and confident communicator with proven problem solving skills, you will be joining ETI at an exciting time as we embed the development of our new strategy, of which this role forms a crucial component. Working with ETI members around the globe – and keen to get your teeth into cutting edge benchmarking of ethical trade performance in corporate settings – you will take our approach to accountability and reporting through from research and development to implementation.

This is a full-time 15-month fixed-term contract but it could also suit a part time worker, if they are the right person. There is also a possibility of an extension at the end of the project. We are offering a salary of between £42,000 to £45,000 per annum commensurate with experience. We also offer 25 days’ annual holiday and 6% pension contribution.
