Shanghai Exposes Ten Companies Violating Labor Rights

The Shanghai Municipal Labor Department has revealed the names of ten companies who violated the Labor Law in 2005. The ten companies are Shanghai Jingxuan Plastic Produces Company, Shanghai Yayuan Hatting Company, Shanghai Shenwei Laoli Zhi Pin Company, Shanghai Fuxing Metal Craftwork Company, Shanghai Huashang Clothing Company, Shanghai Yongquan Shoes Company, Cainafunuo Wood Company, Shanghai Xinweisheng Pharmaceutical Machinery Company, [Shanghai Hua Ao Precision Tools Company] and Shanghai Tianzhong Embroidery Company. These companies broke the Labor Law by delaying workers' salaries, not paying social insurance, and prolonging their work time without pay.
