Shareholders want diversity reports from Home Depot [USA]

A group of The Home Depot Inc. shareholders led by Walden Asset Management have filed a resolution asking the home improvement retailer to provide a report on its diversity record, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) statistics. The resolution will be voted on at Atlanta-based Home Depot's annual meeting on May 25... In 2001, Home Depot began providing comprehensive EEO information to investors upon request. Since then, Home Depot has reversed its policy on disclosure of this information.
