St. Augustine Mining re: killing of human rights defender Agudo Quillo in Philippines

Agudo Quillo was shot dead on 20/03/2018. According to the reports, three unidentified men entered his house and shot him several times. His body sustained multiple gunshots in his chest. A spokesperson from the region of Compostella Valley has declared that Quillo's death was a consequence of his opposition against a large-scale mining operation lead by two major companies, St. Augustine Mining Limited and Kingking Pantukan Mining.
