Suez: Illimani was always responsive to govt. requests [subscription only]

Bolivian water utility Aguas del Illimani always responded to government requests to discuss its concession contract, Maya Alexandresco, press relations manager from Aguas controller Suez Environnment told BNamericas...Regarding coverage, Alexandresco pointed to demographic growth not contemplated in the contract as the reason for coverage shortfalls, saying the concessionaire has always been willing to discuss the issue.
